Delivery

Thank you very much for choosing to make a purchase with us here at longblacksocks.com. Now your life with socks will be much easier with our Socscription.

Please fill out our delivery information as best you can, providing all information needed by our trusted delivery experts, so as they can get your Longblacksocks to you.

Delivery Timing

Orders received by noon Monday to Friday and excluding holidays, will be processed and dispatched that day. yes. thats right.

Orders received after midday or on the weekend or on a holiday will be sorted the next working day.

Please allow 1 - 2 working days for main centre delivery and 2 - 3 working days if you live in a rural area.

You will need to sign for you Order on delivery too so make sure it's an address you will be at during working hours.

Cancelation and refund policy

In regard to you receiving your Socscription, you may return unpack and the original LONGBLACK sales receipt WITHIN 5 DAYS of purchase, for an EXCHANGE or REFUND in the form of the original payment. Please note that this applies to online purchases only.

Damaged, altered, dirty, or unpacked packs may not be exchanged, credited or refunded. We also do not provide refunds on shipping.

All refunds are transacted in the original New Zealand dollar amount paid, irrespective of foreign exchange rates at the time of your refund.

Please remember that refunds will only be authorised if you make contact within 5 days of receiving your goods. You will be given an RA number at the time of your contact. Returns are credited in the same manner in which they were originally paid. (Please note: your original postage and local sales taxes charged are not refundable.

Once the order has been created from the customer it cannot be cancelled permanently.

We will do our very best to keep you our customer HAPPY - so please be in touch with any Queries you may have about your purchase.

We are a New Zealand owned and operated business, all transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars. The name that will appear on your bank statement is ISBIM LTD.
